| HUMAN RESOURCE POLICY |
| If your organization has 25 or more employees and you have few or no documented human resource policies, you might wish to consider creating a manual to include the most critical ones. Examples would include policies on sexual harassment, employee conduct, employee health and safety, salary and benefits administration, employee leave, time off and overtime provisions, to name a few. A basic manual can provide you with greater consistency, and help to avoid complaints of unfair or inequitable treatment. It can also save time in that everyone is aware of what is expected and share the same information. Our approach: We can pick up the various company or organization policies and procedures that you have already, package them up, identify what's missing, and give you a professional and concise document that will be a useful tool for you and your employees. |
